The
high school MWP football team lost to PeEll last night.
Today
the students of MHS will exercise their rights to vote:
Each student will receive a ballot to vote for the best decorated door,
and best poster. Please put your ballot in the box on the office counter.
Winners will be announced on Monday.
The
Knowledge Bowl team will be meeting on Monday (Nov 9) at lunch time in room #4.
Please bring your lunch with you. Members are reminded to get their
permission forms signed & returned for the upcoming meets.
Do
you like to go bowling? Morton Victory Lanes is offering a Jr’s Bowling
League. There will be a meeting this Saturday, November 7th at 11:00
am. Also, when you present your ASB
card you will receive bowling discounts. Let’s
all go bowling!

Any
Junior High volleyball player still having a uniform or equipment out should
return it to the Mr. Hanson or Christy in the office.
There
is a High school Volleyball meeting for all JV and Varsity players’ right
after school on Monday in Mr. Christiansen’s room.
Please bring any unreturned items if you have any to return.
There
will be meetings for both the boys & girls that have shown interest in
playing high school basketball this season.
The meetings will be held during 7th period, on Monday.
You must have signed up to attend this meeting. Sign up today ASAP if you
plan on playing. Boy’s will meeting in the Library, girl’s in Ms.
Ackerlund’s room.
The
Senior Center (across the road) will be offering a Food Handler’s Class on
Monday at 10 am. Cost to test is
$10 cash.
Those
junior high boys playing pre-season basketball, your practice will be on Friday
at 3:30 PM in the high school gym.
There
will be no school on November 11th
in observance of Veteran’s Day.
